2. Services Provided

2.1 SaaS Products

We offer CRM, lead generation, and automation tools on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. Subscriptions can be monthly or annual, depending on the selected package.

2.2 Workshops

We provide flexible workshops, including online, offline, one-on-one coaching, and group sessions. Workshops may be available for one-time bookings or as part of a membership plan.

3. Account Registration

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe in USD and AED. Subscription payments will be automatically charged unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

4.1 Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled every 30 days for monthly plans or annually before renewal for yearly plans. Cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

4.2 Refund Policy

SaaS Products: No refunds are provided for software purchases. Workshops: We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If a customer implements all strategies from our workshop but does not generate leads, we will issue a refund only for the workshop fee (excluding any software costs).

5. Data Collection & Privacy

5.1 Customer Data Collected

We collect and process the following customer information:

Name, email address, and phone number for order processing and marketing. Payment details are processed through Stripe, and Stripe’s Terms & Conditions apply.

5.2 Data Usage

Customer data is used for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing. Marketing communication is only sent to customers who have provided explicit consent.

5.3 Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with third parties and is used strictly for internal purposes.

6. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

No Warranty: We do not offer any warranties for our SaaS products or workshops. No Liability: We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software or workshops.Use at Your Own Risk:Our services are provided “as is” and without guarantees of specific results.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In case of disputes, resolution will take place in Dubai courts or through an official mediation center in Dubai.
